1st Day Sunday 13.10.2024 | Pune-Delhi Depart for Goa at 4 a.m. or Darshan Express at 11 a.m. for Delhi, full day train travel. Meals = NO |
2nd Day Monday 14.10.2024 | Delhi-Haridwar We will get down at Nizamuddin railway station at 7 a.m. and leave for Haridwar by bus, reach Haridwar at 3 p.m. and perform Ganga Aarti in Haridwar and stay overnight in Haridwar. Meals = Lunch & Dinner |
3rd Day Tuesday 15.10.2024 | Haridwar-Barkot After breakfast in the morning, we will leave for Barkot and in the evening we will reach Barkot and Stay. Meals = Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner |
4th Day Wednesday 16.10.2024 | Barkot-Yamunotri-Barkot After breakfast we will drive to Jankichatti, from there we will visit Yamunotri and reach Barkot at 8 p.m. Meals = Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner |
5th Day Thursday 17.10.2024 | Barkot-Mahargaon-Uttarkashi After breakfast in the morning we will leave for Uttarkashi, on the way we will see Panchamahadeva Cave and in the evening we will visit Uttarkashi Vishwanath Temple and return to the hotel for dinner and stay. Meals = Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner |
6th Day Friday 18.10.2024 | Uttarkashi-Gangotri-Uttarkashi. After breakfast in the morning we will leave for Gangotri, in the afternoon we will visit Gangori and coma back to the hotel in the night and stay for dinner. Meals = Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner |
7th Day Saturday 19.10.2024 | Uttarkashi-Guptakashi-Sitapur After breakfast in the morning we will leave for Sitapur, on the way we will have darshan of Guptakashi and around 10 p.m. we will reach hotel in Sitapur and stay for dinner. Meals = Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner |
8th Day Sunday 20.10.2024 | Sitapur-Kedarnath Leaving Sitapur we will treak to Kedarnath which is 19 km, you can travel on foot, at your own expense by horse or by doli Meals = Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. |
9th Day Monday 21.10.2024 | Kedarnath-Triyuginarayan-Sitapur After waking up early in the morning and having breakfast we will visit Srikedarnath temple and treak back to Gaurikund for 19 km by foot, horse or doli, after reaching Gaurikund we will stay at Sitapur. Meals = Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner |
10th Day Tuesday 22.10.2024 | Sitapur-Joshimath-Badrinath After breakfast, we will leave for Badrinath, visiting Joshi Math on the way. Night stay at Badrinath. Meals = Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner |
11th Day Wednesday 23.10.2024 | Badrinath-Mana-Pipalkoti Wake up at 4 a.m. take bath in tapta kunda, see Badrinath, have breakfast, see Mana village and leave for Pipalkoti at 2 p.m. night stay at Pipalkoti. Meals = Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner |
12th Day Thursday 24.10.2024 | Pipalkoti-Rishikesh-Haridwar In the morning, after breakfast, we will leave for Haridwar, on the way sightseeing in Rishikesh and stay at Haridwar. Meals = Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner |
13th Day Friday 25.10.2024 | Haridwar-Delhi-Pune After breakfast in the morning we leave for Delhi and leave for Pune by 9 p.m. train. Meals = Breakfast |
14th Day Saturday 26.10.2024 | Pune 4.30 p.m. reach Pune Railway Station. |
- The journey from Pune to Delhi & Delhi Pune Mumbai will be done by sleeper class of Train
- The meal program will follow the schedule outlined in the program invitation. The meal will be prepared by our chef and will be pure vegetarian.
- The room arrangement will be in simple hotels. Please note that each room will accommodate either two or three people.
- The room arrangements in Kedarnath and Badrinath will be on a sharing basis.
- All Site scenes will be done by 2×2 buses.
- The travel permit is included.
- Organizers reserve the right to change the schedule for any reason.
- Air travel expenses are not included.
- If you choose to travel by Duronto Express and in 3 AC, there will be an additional cost.
- The round-trip cost to and from Triyuginarayan is approximately 300 to 400 rupees per person.
- The estimated cost for Ukhimath and Chopta Valley is around 500 to 600 rupees per person.
- The 10,000 rupees cost for the Kedarnath helicopter is not included. (We will make every effort to arrange helicopter bookings for those who require them, but we cannot guarantee availability.)
- Ropeway, entrance fees, horseback riding, or porter charges.
Terms & Conditions:
- All rates are in Indian Rupees.
- Conditions as per Tour booking form.
- Tour costs are for Indian Citizen & Indian permitted passengers are same.
- No refund on service which was not availed. If Diesel rates are arising tour cost will increase.
- If Train & Flight ticket rates rise, passengers will have to pay.
- We are not hold booking
- Hotel rates are change, so booked in hurry
- After getting full payment, we will start booking.
- After cancellation date, no change will made or cancellation charges are applicable.
Trip Cancellation rules: –
After getting written note from our office cancellation will be affected. Cancellation is not avai orally or On Telephone. After trip refund will get within 21 days.
1) After booking done, 20% of Tour cost is not refunded.
2) 90-59 days before Trip, 30% deduct in Tour Cost.
3) 60-30 days before Trip, 40% deduct in Tour Cost.
4) 29 -20 days before Trip, 80% deduct in Tour Cost.
5) 19 – 11 days before Trip 90% deduct in Tour Cost.
6) If you are not display on Tour, 100% Tour cost will be deducted.
Hold Trip: –
In any reason, your tour will be postponed for next or forthcoming holiday or date, then additional cost greater than Tour cost will be charged for postpone Tour.
Note: Due to unforeseen circumstances and issues that may arise over time, changes may occur in the program schedule as outlined in the program invitation. The organizer reserves the right to make adjustments as necessary.
